The Service Experience – What To Expect
We take pride in accommodating your most convenient date and time. If a conflict arises on your schedule, please inform us at your earliest convenience so we can reschedule.
We will call the day before your service as a friendly reminder, and your tech will call when on the way.
Before any work begins, our tech will inspect the appliance and provide a full estimate for your approval. For more on how we take care of your home, click here.
One day after the service appointment, your tech will call to verify that your issue has been resolved. Three to four business days later, our office will call to ensure that all your needs have been met.
All completed work comes with a one-year parts warranty and 90-day labor warranty.
